E SMART HUB built the SmartManager app as a Commercial application. SmartManager is a comprehensive CRM, ERP, and Sales Force Automation system primarily designed as a Salesman and Rider Application for Water Plants, FMCG businesses, and delivery networks. This SERVICE is provided by E SMART HUB and is intended for use "as is" by authorized business personnel, salesmen, and delivery riders.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide a highly efficient delivery and sales management experience, we require certain personally identifiable information. Because this app operates as a Salesman and Rider tool, the data collected is critical for logistics, route optimization, and business operations. Data we may collect includes, but is not limited to:

• Rider/Salesman Account Data: Name, Email address, Phone number, and Employee ID for account authentication and communication.
• Precise Location Data (Foreground & Background): This is a core feature. We collect precise location data (GPS) even when the app is closed or not in use (background location). This allows business admins to perform "Live Rider Tracking", monitor delivery routes, calculate distances, and assign nearby deliveries efficiently. This tracking is only active during the rider's working hours/active sessions.
• Sales & Delivery Logs: Information regarding deliveries made, coupon functionalities (scanning/redemption), order statuses, and payment collection details.
• Customer Data Handled by Riders: Temporary access to customer delivery addresses and contact numbers to facilitate the delivery process.
• Communication Data: Data required for automated WhatsApp and Email integrations to send receipts, coupons, and delivery updates to customers.

2. App Permissions Required

To function properly as an ERP/Sales Force tool, SmartManager may request the following device permissions:

• Location Services (Always Allow): Required for real-time tracking of the salesman/rider on the map.
• Camera & Storage: May be required for scanning QR codes/barcodes on coupons, capturing Proof of Delivery (POD), or uploading profile pictures.
• Internet & Network State: To sync delivery data, live location, and sales reports with our central ERP servers in real-time.

3. Log Data and Third-Party Services

Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of your use. The app also uses third-party services like Google Play Services and Google Maps API for mapping and routing.

4. Security & Data Handling

We value your trust in providing us your Business and Personal Information. We use commercially acceptable secure servers and encryption methods to protect data related to FMCG distribution and water plant logistics. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
